Ingredients
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or ½ tsp powdered)
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp raw honey or stevia (optional)
- 1 cup warm water (around 120°F / 49°C)
Instructions
- Warm 1 cup of water until hot but not boiling.
- Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon to the water.
- Stir thoroughly to dissolve all powders.
- Optionally add cayenne for extra metabolism boost.
- Sweeten with raw honey or stevia if desired.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach for best results, ideally 30 minutes before breakfast or 15 minutes before a meal.
Notes
