Instructions
- Add milk, yogurt, banana (if using), strawberries, sweetener, and ice to blender in that order.
- Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Add more milk to thin or more yogurt to thicken as needed.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Use frozen strawberries for a thicker texture. For a dairy-free version, substitute with almond or coconut yogurt and plant-based milk.
