- 12–16 oz filtered water
- ½ lemon or 1 tbsp bottled lemon juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Warm 12–16 oz of filtered water until lukewarm.
- Add ¼ tsp of Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
- Add the juice of half a lemon or 1 tbsp bottled lemon juice.
- Optional: Add 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar.
- Stir well and drink slowly on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
Notes
Start with a smaller amount of pink salt if you’re new to this drink. Consistency is key to experiencing the benefits.
