Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger (or 1 teaspoon fresh grated)
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8–10 oz warm or room-temperature filtered water
- Optional: a dash of turmeric or cayenne for metabolism boost
- Optional: raw honey or stevia for sweetness
Instructions
- In a large glass, combine the water, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.
- Stir in the ginger and cinnamon until evenly mixed.
- Add optional ingredients if desired.
- Sweeten to taste with raw honey or stevia if preferred.
- Drink fresh, ideally on an empty stomach.
Notes
For best results, drink first thing in the morning or 30 minutes before meals. Start with once daily and increase to twice if well tolerated.
