8–10 oz warm water (not boiling)
Optional Add-Ins:

Slice of lemon or cinnamon stick for flavor infusion

Instructions

Warm water until hot but not boiling

In a heat-safe glass or mug, combine apple cider vinegar and lemon juice

Add ground ginger and cayenne pepper

Stir thoroughly until fully dissolved

Sip slowly on an empty stomach, ideally 20–30 minutes before breakfast
Notes
For best results, drink daily in the morning for 2–4 weeks. Avoid using boiling water, and be sure to use raw, unfiltered ACV. Adjust cayenne to taste if you have a sensitive stomach.
