- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Handful of spinach (optional)
- 2–3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust thickness with more milk or ice if needed.
- Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy fresh.
Notes
Use ceremonial grade matcha for a smoother taste, or culinary grade for everyday blends. For caffeine-sensitive individuals, start with ½ tsp matcha.
