- 1 cup hot water (about 190°F)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon raw honey or stevia (optional)
Instructions
- Bring water to a near boil and allow to cool slightly (about 190°F).
- Place lemon balm in a cup or tea infuser.
- Pour hot water over the herbs and steep for 7–10 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice, cinnamon, and sweetener if using.
- Drink warm 1–3 times daily—preferably in the morning, before meals, or before bed.
Notes
Use organic lemon balm for best results. Can be enjoyed iced with mint or cucumber for a refreshing variation. Combine with mindful meals, gentle movement, and restful sleep for optimal weight loss support.
