Ingredients
- 8–10 oz warm filtered water
- ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (food-grade)
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Instructions
- Warm the filtered water (not boiling).
- Stir in the Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Stir in raw honey if desired.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach, 20–30 minutes before breakfast.
Notes
Use only food-grade, unrefined Himalayan pink salt. Best consumed in the morning. For optimal results, follow with a light, clean breakfast.
