Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 2 cups kale or spinach
- 1 green apple
- ½ lemon, peeled
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
- ½ cup water (if blending)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a juicer or high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth if using a blender.
- If blended, strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve.
- Serve chilled and drink immediately on an empty stomach.
Notes
Drink on an empty stomach for best absorption. Use organic ingredients where possible for maximum benefit.
