Ingredients
- 1 cup packed kale or spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 small green apple
- 1/2 peeled lemon
- 1-inch fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup water (if blending)
Instructions
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
- If using a juicer, juice everything in the order listed.
- If using a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag.
- Drink immediately for maximum nutrient retention.
- Optional: Add turmeric root, mint, or spirulina powder for variations.
