- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup water or coconut water
- Juice of ½ lemon
Instructions
- Add spinach, pineapple, banana, chia seeds, water (or coconut water), and lemon juice to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add a few ice cubes and blend again for a chilled version.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
