Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Add spinach, pineapple, banana, chia seeds, water (or coconut water), and lemon juice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add a few ice cubes and blend again for a chilled version.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes
