Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
- 1 green apple, cored
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1 small handful of parsley
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup water (if using blender)
Instructions
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Chop ingredients into manageable pieces.
- Using a juicer: feed ingredients one at a time to avoid clogging.
- Using a blender: blend all ingredients with water until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag or fine sieve.
- Stir juice, adjust flavor if needed, and serve immediately.
Notes
Drink within 24 hours for maximum nutrient retention. Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge.
