- 1-inch fresh ginger root, sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp dried dandelion root
- 1 tsp dried peppermint leaves
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- A pinch of black pepper
- Optional: almond milk or honey to taste
Instructions
- For lemon ginger tea: Boil 2 cups of water, add sliced ginger, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and honey.
- For dandelion mint tea: Place dandelion root and peppermint in a tea infuser, steep in hot water for 8–10 minutes, then strain and drink.
- For cinnamon turmeric tea: Mix cinnamon, turmeric, and black pepper in a mug. Add hot water, stir well, and add milk or honey if desired.
- Drink warm, ideally on an empty stomach or after meals for best effect.
Notes
