Ingredients

- 1-inch piece fresh ginger (sliced)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp dried dandelion root
- 5–6 fresh mint leaves or 1 tsp dried mint
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 green tea bag or 1 tsp loose-leaf green tea
- 2 lemon slices
- Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Boil sliced ginger in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice and honey. Stir well and strain.
- For dandelion mint tea, simmer dandelion root, mint leaves, and fennel seeds for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm.
- To prepare green tea citrus flush, steep green tea for 3–4 minutes, then add lemon slices and cayenne pepper.
- Enjoy any blend warm and fresh. Drink daily for optimal results.
