Ingredients

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

  • 2 lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Boil sliced ginger in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and honey. Stir well and strain.
  3. For dandelion mint tea, simmer dandelion root, mint leaves, and fennel seeds for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm.
  4. To prepare green tea citrus flush, steep green tea for 3–4 minutes, then add lemon slices and cayenne pepper.
  5. Enjoy any blend warm and fresh. Drink daily for optimal results.
