  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Unroll the second crescent roll sheet and gently lay it on top of the filling.
  6. Mix melted butter with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Brush generously over the top crust.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.
  8. Cool completely, then chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars.

Notes
