Ingredients
Scale
- 1–2 tbsp bottled lemon juice (organic, no additives)
- 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt (fine grain)
- 8–12 oz filtered water (room temp or warm)
- Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
- Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper
- Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Warm the filtered water until it’s tea-warm, not boiling (optional but recommended).
- Add the pink Himalayan salt to the water and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour in the bottled lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust: add more water if the flavor is too intense or a bit of honey for sweetness.
- Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
- To batch prep: Mix ½ cup lemon juice, 1 tsp pink salt, and 4 cups water. Store in the fridge up to 4 days, shaking before use.
Notes
Use a straw to protect your teeth from lemon acidity. Store prepped drinks in glass containers. Best consumed in the morning or post-workout.
