Ingredients

  • 812 oz filtered water (room temp or warm)
  • Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Warm the filtered water until it’s tea-warm, not boiling (optional but recommended).
  2. Add the pink Himalayan salt to the water and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour in the bottled lemon juice and stir to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust: add more water if the flavor is too intense or a bit of honey for sweetness.
  5. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
  6. To batch prep: Mix ½ cup lemon juice, 1 tsp pink salt, and 4 cups water. Store in the fridge up to 4 days, shaking before use.

Notes
