- 1 cucumber
- Handful of mint leaves
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 green apple
- ½ cup coconut water
Instructions
- For Coconut Matcha Latte: Whisk matcha with hot water. Add milk, honey, and cinnamon. Stir and sip warm.
- For ACV Energy Shot: Mix apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, water, and honey. Serve over ice or warm.
- For Ginger-Turmeric Booster: Simmer ginger and turmeric in water. Let cool. Add orange juice, salt, and maple syrup. Stir well.
- For Mint Cucumber Cooler: Blend cucumber, mint, lime juice, green apple, and coconut water. Serve chilled.
