- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 3 cups water
- Optional: lemon slice, mint leaves, or ginger powder
Instructions
- Lightly crush seeds using a mortar and pestle (optional).
- Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add cumin, fennel, and coriander seeds to boiling water.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain tea into a mug and serve warm.
- Drink on an empty stomach or between meals.
- Optional: Add lemon, mint, or ginger after steeping for extra benefits.
- Store leftovers in fridge up to 24 hours and reheat gently before drinking.
