Ingredients

- 1 tbsp flax seeds (or chia seeds)
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- 3 thin slices fresh ginger
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
- 2 cups filtered water
Instructions
- Soak flax or chia seeds in ½ cup water overnight.
- In the morning, add the soaked seeds (with water) to a pot.
- Add fennel seeds and ginger slices. Pour in 1½ cups fresh water.
- Bring to a gentle simmer for 10–12 minutes.
- Turn off heat, strain, and add cinnamon and lemon juice.
- Sip warm on an empty stomach for best results.
Notes
