Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
- Trim excess fat and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Season with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and optional herbs.
- Arrange in a single layer, smooth side up.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: Broil for 2 minutes for crispier top.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
