Ingredients
- 1–2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1 glass (8–10 oz) warm or room-temperature water
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
- A pinch of cinnamon or cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Add the apple cider vinegar to a glass of water.
- Stir in lemon juice, honey, and spices if using.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Drink slowly, preferably through a straw to protect tooth enamel.
- For best results, consume on an empty stomach in the morning or 20–30 minutes before meals.
Notes
Always dilute apple cider vinegar. Do not drink it straight to avoid irritation or enamel damage. Start with 1 tablespoon daily if you’re new to ACV.
