Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
- 8–12 ounces warm or cold water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- A pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a glass.
- Stir well until honey (if used) is dissolved.
- Sip slowly, ideally 20–30 minutes before meals or in the morning.
Notes
Always dilute apple cider vinegar before drinking. Use a straw to protect your teeth and avoid drinking it straight to prevent throat or enamel irritation.
